http://newbiedm.com/ - looks to have a lot of D&D info and tips for you 4e DMs, haven't dug deep enough to see if Pathfinder is represented - but I'm pretty sure some of the info can be 'generalized'... for example, I like the idea of having loot cards ready and may try to incorporate it.
